I'm working with one of the North West's biggest success stories. A heavily backed technology business who are expanding their team in line with global growth. They have developed a ground breaking solution that allows for global businesses to verify product, using their complex hybrid software/hardware solution.
The implementation engineer will work mainly, post sales (some pre-sales support will be undertaken) to support customer onboarding and implementation. Working closely with high profile manufacturing businesses you'll have a strong understanding of Production Line Systems and ideally Machine Vision systems. Experience of Industry 4.0 and the technology that underpins manufacturing modernisation (Robotics/IoT/AI) would be beneficial, especially from a hardware perspective.
You'll work with end clients to map processes and end points to ensure seamless integration. You'll be a hardware guru, by trade, but be comfortable working with a talented internal software team to come up with solutions to challenges faced. Any experience of SDKs or Cloud based APIs would be useful.
The role requires the person to be based out of the Lancaster HQ 3-4 days a week initially, whilst the product is learned. Global travel to support projects will be needed too. The role is paying £70,000 plus bonus and share options.
