ERP Analyst – Syteline/Infor

I\’m working with a globally renowned, regulated business who are looking for an ERP Analyst. The business has recently completed a global upgrade to their ERP system and have moved to Syteline 10. You will provide day-to-day support for SyteLine 10 users across Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Finance and Customer Services. The role will involve investigating and resolving system issues, data problems and process gaps, ensuring the ERP system continues to support efficient and effective business operations.

You will work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into practical system improvements. Responsibilities include building and maintaining forms, IDOs, views and reports, managing system configuration, parameters and codes, and supporting integrations with shop floor systems, finance tools, reporting platforms and other connected applications.

The successful candidate will assist with testing cycles for system upgrades, patches and newly released functionality, carry out data analysis, cleansing and corrective fixes as required, and produce clear documentation such as process guides, functional specifications, test scripts and training materials. You will also deliver user training and act as a key point of contact for system-related queries.

This role requires close collaboration with technical teams on SQL, data structures, performance optimisation and troubleshooting, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across both technical and business-focused environments.

The role is paying £45,000 on a base, and will be based on site, at their Burnley HQ.
