We are hiring for a Hands-Off Software Development team lead.
You will come from a software dev background, but you wont be coding in this role.
Instead this role is all about owning the teams delivery pace, running the day to day and managing a team of developers.
AI will naturally have a part to play in this role, and you will ideally be someone who is interested in where the direction of AI is going, and investigate how to implement this into the team too.
You don't need to be an AI wizard (though that would help).
Rather we are just not looking for a sceptic.

- Managing and mentoring a team of Software Engineers

- Owning delivery and removing blockers
- Working closely with Product and senior leadership
- Coordinating software releases
- Helping improve engineering practices and delivery

- Experience delivering software in an Agile environment
- Comfortable coaching, challenging and supporting developers
