About Us: Alteam is a curated network of product builders, consultants, and engineers that accelerates delivery for startups and corporations. From AI tools to fractional hiring, we help growth-stage teams scale smarter and faster. We’re now gearing up to launch our new AI Talent OS, a platform that blends intelligent hiring, project orchestration, and expert matchmaking.
The Role: You’ll work directly with the CEO and core team to bring a new B2B SaaS product to life. This role is perfect for a former startup founder, early operator, or product-minded marketer who thrives in ambiguity and takes initiative. It is a rare hybrid role—part product, part marketing—with full ownership over a zero-to-one launch.
A previous experience leading an HR tech product or working as a Recruiter can be handy!
What You’ll Do:
- Gather user insights through interviews, surveys, and feedback loops
- Shape product positioning and messaging based on user pain points
- Design and test go-to-market strategies to attract early adopters
- Manage beta rollout, onboarding flows, and product analytics
- Own the feedback backlog and work closely with designers and developers
- Launch marketing experiments across email, LinkedIn, and partnerships
- Report on performance, adoption, and opportunities for improvement
- Lead cross-functional sprint meetings with the product, dev, and QA team
Must-Have Experience:
- 5+ years in a product, growth, or marketing role (ideally in SaaS or B2B tech)
- Familiar with startup life: fast cycles, lean teams, high ownership
- Strong communicator, comfortable speaking to both users and devs
- A “can-do” attitude and natural bias for action
- Experience with AI tools (e.g. OpenAI, Zapier, Notion AI, or similar) and design tools like Figma and Canva
Nice to Have:
- Experience launching a new product or feature from scratch
- Former founder, solo operator, or first marketing/growth/product hire
- Familiar with tools like Figma, Webflow, CRM (Hubspot, Folk)
- Comfortable writing copy, editing landing pages, and running small ad campaigns
Role package: Mid-level salary but room for a pay raise (every 6-12 months based on performance), annual performance bonus, client referral fee, stock options, paid leaves, flexible schedule - however, regular office meetings in London or New York.
Join Us: This is a unique opportunity to own the launch of a next-gen AI product inside a proven venture team. You’ll shape the way startups and enterprises hire and collaborate — and you’ll have the autonomy to build fast, test often, and drive real results.
