An essential member of the client services team, helping to keep the wider team on track through efficient completion of tasks and prompt delivery of projects to the expected standard. The Account Executive works across a wide range of projects, clients, and responsibilities and plays an integral role in the success of the team. Internally, the Account Executive is a focal point between all departments (design, strategy, digital and production), will be expected to deliver sound briefs and keep projects on-track financially and to deadline with the support of the more senior members of their team.

Responsibilities

  • Help the team to deliver small-to-medium client projects, ensuring that they are properly scoped, quoted, tracked, resourced and delivered.
  • Financial management: keeping budgets, creating accurate cost estimates, raising invoices.
  • Attend client calls/meetings, listening carefully (capturing all key info) and communicating clearly with the clients in order to build trust.
  • Maintain a prompt and professional level of communication in all client interactions (email, calls, in-person meetings).
  • Track all projects to keep a record of job status, financial status and overall project delivery timelines.
  • Management of housekeeping including general administration e.g., filing, diary management, preparation of agendas and minutes of meetings, and keeping clean and organised filing of all documents.
  • Use our in-house job management system to expected standards.
  • Interpreting client briefs into clear, detailed and comprehensive creative briefs to the creative studio team.
  • Use a critical creative eye, strong proofreading skills and attention to detail to review all creative before it goes to client, to print or online.
  • Multi-task and prioritise accounts/projects/stakeholders so that all work can be successfully delivered and internal/external stakeholder expectations are managed.

Requirements

  • Proactive and motivated.
  • Excellent team-player.
  • Ideal candidate would have some marketing or agency experience, however not required. The role is also suited to those with degree-level related courses such as communications, marketing, and business management.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and G-Suite programmes including Word/Pages, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides and Outlook/Gmail.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to develop relationships with suppliers, clients and colleagues.
  • Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments within any prior role/industry.
