A well-established Housing Association in London is looking to take on a Service Charge Officer for an initial 6 month interim role with the option of 12 Month FTC / permanent. This association has a significant impact in its community and creates an inspiring, inclusive place to work.

Responsibilities

  • Service Charge Estimate setting
  • Reconciliation of Actuals
  • Investigating enquiries and providing information for tenants to customer service team
  • Preparing evidence in terms of invoices and actuals for auditors
  • Mix of accountancy and compliance (knowledge of Service Charge Legislation)

Requirements

  • Service Charge candidate, ideally from a Housing Association background
  • Knowledge of Service Charge legislation and ability to build relationships with colleagues and wider stakeholders
  • Experience of working in a high volume workload organisation
  • Good excel and system skills
