As the Senior Tax Reporting Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the organisation’s tax function, overseeing group tax consolidation, leading external and internal reporting, and driving improvements across tax systems and processes. You’ll also be the primary contact for auditors and play a key role in implementing new reporting standards and managing the group’s tax reputation.
What You’ll Be Doing- Prepare group tax consolidations and disclosures
- Liaise with auditors on tax matters
- Review and optimise tax reporting systems and controls
- Deliver training and insights across the tax team
- Support tax aspects of transactions and restructurings
- Oversee submission of the public Country-by-Country Report
- Influence and implement tax policy across the group
- Accounting qualification with 6+ years in IFRS tax reporting
- Strong grasp of IAS12 and IAS34
- Solid in-house or Big 4 experience
- Exceptional judgement, attention to detail, and analytical skills
- Confident communicator and natural collaborator
- Previous exposure to process/risk management is a plus
