We are supporting a large Housing Association who are looking for a Resident Involvement Manager to play a key role in enhancing their resident engagement strategies and driving service improvements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work across their operations and collaborate with residents, internal teams, and external stakeholders to deliver meaningful and impactful involvement opportunities.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the Resident Involvement Programme: Lead consultations, projects, and feedback opportunities, providing guidance and support to staff on best practices for engagement. Ensure all activities are inclusive and reflect the diverse voices of our residents.
  • Coordinate the Resident Forum: Organise meetings, set agendas, recruit and train new members, and provide ongoing support. Help ensure the Forum drives positive change through informed discussions and outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with residents and staff, promote training and involvement, and ensure diverse participation in all activities.
  • Oversee Resident Associations: Monitor and support the activities of Resident Associations, ensuring compliance and maintaining active records.
  • Strategic Input: Contribute to key organisational strategies such as Customer Strategy, Procurement, and Sustainability. Support Board and Executive members with strategic initiatives and resident-related matters.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Manage budgets, organise community events, produce data reports, and support the wider Resident Engagement team in various tasks.
