My client, a dynamic, multinational Private Equity house is looking for a dynamic and highly organised Team Assistant to join a busy team of four but also supporting the wider Executive team as necessary. This is a varied role with plenty of moving parts, so it will suit someone who is naturally proactive, detail focused and comfortable juggling changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex diaries and travel arrangements
  • Putting together clear and well organised itineraries
  • Keeping on top of emails, correspondence and general queries
  • Process expense reports and reimbursement submissions
  • Screen calls and manage incoming communications
  • Prepare documents and materials for meetings
  • Collaborate with other administrative team members as needed
  • Managing busy and often changing diaries and travel arrangements

Experience Required

  • 3–4 years’ experience in a Team Assistant or similar role
  • Previous exposure to Financial or Professional Services
  • Strong experience with Outlook calendar management and Microsoft Office
