My client, a dynamic, multinational Private Equity house is looking for a highly organised Team Assistant to join a busy team of four but also supporting the wider Executive team as necessary. This is a role purely organising lots of travel and meetings so it will suit someone who is naturally proactive, detail focused and comfortable juggling changing priorities. Four years experience doing similar, within financial or professional services in London is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex diaries and travel arrangements
  • Putting together clear and well organised itineraries
  • Managing busy and often changing diaries and travel arrangements
  • Keeping on top of emails, correspondence and general queries
  • Process expense reports and reimbursement submissions
  • Screen calls and manage incoming communications
  • Prepare documents and materials for meetings
  • Collaborate with other administrative team members as needed

Experience Required:

  • 3–4 years’ experience in a Team Assistant, Admin Assistant
  • Previous exposure to Financial or Professional Services
  • Strong experience with Outlook calendar management and Microsoft Office
