Altana UK, within the BYK site engineering team, is seeking a capable Maintenance Leader to shape and execute the mechanical maintenance strategy.
You will lead the site mechanical trades, manage resources and budgets, and drive improvements across preventive and reactive maintenance activities.
Key duties include mentoring tradespeople, coordinating external contractors, and ensuring SAP PM is optimally used to support end users and asset reliability.
