The Implementation team is focused on integrating Altana’s platforms with customers to provide unique insights, business process integrations, and create mutual value. We execute complex customer integrations to create analytical workflows and models for bespoke customer scenarios; integrate proprietary customer data to our knowledge graph while preserving privacy; and design and create technical integrations that create client value. The Implementation team works closely with customers, as well as our internal engineering, data science, and product organisations.
We are looking for a candidate to support the team in:
- Gaining a deep understanding of government use cases and domains, identifying opportunities to leverage the Altana Atlas platform to drive insights and improve existing workflows.
- Communicating directly with customer analysts and senior decision makers to ensure they have a great experience with Altana’s technology.
- Building prototypes and customizations that help get customers to value and expand product functionality.
- Powering use of the Atlas platform, API products, bespoke dashboards and models supporting customers in rapidly achieving value from the solution.
- Overseeing platform deployments, including integrating customer data and adjusting system architectures for customer environments.
This role will be supporting government customers in the UK and may require a UKSV clearance for access to customer data or systems. Applicants must be able to meet eligibility requirements for access to sensitive information by obtaining a ‘Security Check’ (SC) clearance.
About You
- 3-4 years of technical experience in data analytics, data science, data engineering, or a similar technology related field.
- You have designed analytical workflows using things like Python, SQL, Spark or R.
- You are comfortable with data operations including ETL, EDA, data modeling and compliance.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal with customer facing experience.
- Keep up to date with latest trends in data science and care deeply about engineering excellence and knowledge sharing.
- You have eligibility and willingness to obtain a UK SC clearance.
Nice to have, but not required
- Active UK SC clearance.
- Experience in supply chain management or a field similarly related to international commerce.
- Experience working with government departments.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning toolsets (Scikit-learn, Numpy, Pandas).
