About the Role

As a Senior AI Architect, you are a principal-level technical and strategic leader responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling agentic AI solutions in production environments.
You will move clients from idea → prototype → production → measurable value.
This is a hybrid technical and commercial role. You are accountable for architecting sound, secure, and scalable agentic systems — while ensuring they deliver adoption, ROI, and lifecycle growth.
You will partner closely with industry vertical leaders, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Lead discovery with senior stakeholders to identify high-impact agentic use cases
Translate complex business problems into production-ready AI system designs
Architect secure, auditable agentic workflows (reasoning, tool use, data access, evaluation)
Drive solutions from prototype to AltaForge production deployment (our internal agentic platform)
Ensure all solutions align with AltaForge architecture for reusability and scale
Define and enforce evaluation standards to measure outcomes and value creation
Support
