Senior Strategic Asset Management Consultant
Join Altair as a Senior Strategic Asset Management Consultant and help shape strategic decisions that impact communities across the UK. We are looking for a driven, knowledgeable, and experienced individual to lead and deliver impactful asset management consultancy services in the housing sector.

Location: Home working, with the requirement to travel to clients and offices as required
Hours: Full time, 35 hours, Monday to Friday
Assistant Director – Senior Asset Management
As part of our growing Strategic Asset Management workstream, within the Assets Team, you will:
Lead the development and implementation of asset management strategies for a diverse client base.
Offer expert guidance on housing stock investment, sustainability, compliance, and service improvement.
Manage and deliver client projects from end to end, including stakeholder engagement and reporting to senior leadership.
Proven expertise in asset management within the housing sector.
Net Zero, PAS2035), and procurement practices.
Exceptional analytical skills, including experience with NPV appraisals(KH1) and stock condition data.
Experience in project and programme management, strategy delivery, and business growth.
Comfortable handling, reviewing and analysing large data.
