As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a talented Facial Specialist to join our team.

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Facial Specialist to deliver both advanced and indulgent facial treatments. This role blends clinical expertise with luxury service — offering clients transformative results alongside a deeply relaxing, memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of premium facial treatments including:
• Advanced facial massage techniques (lymphatic drainage, sculpting massage, tension release)
• Professional extractions with a hygienic, gentle, and results‑focused approach
• Relaxing, pampering facials tailored to client comfort and skin needs
• HydraFacial®, chemical peels, microneedling, and LED therapy
• Skin boosters and device‑based skin protocols (as trained)
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and design personalised treatment plans.
• Maintain ALTA’s luxury client experience with polished, warm, and discreet service.
• Ensure treatment rooms are immaculate and protocols are followed to medical and CQC standards.
• Collaborate with the medical team to support seamless daily operations.
• Optional: assist with content creation such as treatment clips, educational snippets, and before/after captures.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years’ experience in aesthetics or high‑end skincare is preferred.
• NVQ Level 3 required; Level 4 or Level 5 Aesthetics is an advantage.
• Skilled in facial massage, extractions, relaxing facials, and ZO® protocols.
• Confident performing HydraFacial, microneedling, peels, and device‑based treatments.
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy and cosmeceutical skincare.
• Excellent communication skills with a luxury, hospitality‑style approach.
• Professional, reliable, warm, and passionately committed to client care.
