Role Description

The Brand Coordinator is a full-time hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility to work from home part of the week. In this role, you will support day-to-day brand operations, helping to execute brand campaigns and activations across digital, retail, and partnership channels. You will assist with brand calendar management, coordinating timelines, assets, and approvals to ensure consistent and timely execution.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Supporting brand strategy implementation.
  • Preparing presentations and reports.
  • Monitoring competitive activity.
  • Helping to maintain brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
  • Turning around press and editorial requests, coordinating samples, and being the first point of contact for journalists and beauty editors.
  • Keeping our community informed and engaged across email and social.
  • Responding to community members through Instagram.
  • Sourcing, organising, and coordinating content shoots and creative assets.
  • Creating and editing content - captions, short‑form video, stories, community responses - and executing on email marketing campaigns and broader marketing strategies as directed.
  • Supporting brand events from concept to execution: logistics, sourcing, on‑the‑day coordination, event phone content capture.
  • Liaising with our network of freelancers, consultants, and agency partners.
  • Managing special projects, for example PR kit mailers, merch sourcing, etc.
  • Managing brand admin and keeping operations running smoothly.
  • Packing and dispatching orders when needed.

Qualifications

  • A recent graduate with a genuine passion for beauty and brand.
  • Highly organised.
  • Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
  • A creative eye is essential - you have strong, elevated aesthetic instincts and know what good looks like.
  • Light video editing skills and experience creating content for social (whether personal or professional) are strongly desired.
  • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret brand performance metrics, consumer insights, and market data to support decision‑making.
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in brand strategy and brand management, including supporting campaigns, product launches, and go‑to‑market plans.
  • Understanding of branding principles, including consistency of visual identity, tone of voice, and brand positioning across channels.
  • Relevant experience in beauty, fashion, or consumer brands is preferred, with a strong interest in suncare and skincare innovation.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools, or the willingness to learn them.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
