SDR Manager

We’re looking for a driven, detail-obsessed SDR Manager to build, coach, and scale a high-performing outbound sales development team. Your job is simple: generate pipeline with discipline and precision, and turn SDRs into world-class sellers.
What you’ll do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs focused on outbound prospecting across priority verticals.
- Own activity and pipeline-generation targets: call volumes, connection rates, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.
- Build structured call frameworks, email cadences, LinkedIn outreach strategies, and persona-based messaging.
- Run daily stand-ups, weekly 1:1s, call coaching sessions, and live floor coaching.
- Monitor SDR performance through dashboards and enforce high standards of activity, data hygiene, and follow-through.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps to optimise lead routing, ICP definition, and feedback loops.
- Collaborate with RevOps to refine workflows, dispositions, reporting, and the SDR → AE handover process.
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp new SDRs quickly and effectively.
What we’re looking for
- 2–4+ years’ experience managing SDRs/BDRs in a high-activity outbound environment (SaaS or fintech strongly preferred).
- Track record of building SDRs into consistent top performers.
- Deep knowledge of modern prospecting: call frameworks, multichannel outreach, sequencing, objection handling.
- Comfortable owning and enforcing activity expectations
- Data-driven operator who reads dashboards, spots gaps, and acts fast.
- Strong communicator with high standards, high energy, and a coaching mindset.
- Experience with Salesloft, Attio/Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong (or equivalents).
