Role overview

We are looking for a Client Services Executive to manage the operational relationship between our clients and our internal Sales, Partnerships, Compliance, Payments, Trading and Operations teams

The successful candidate will help clients progress smoothly from registration and onboarding through to their first payment and trade.

They will also act as the first point of contact for routine client, payment and onboarding queries.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the client journey from registration through KYC approval, platform setup and first trade.
  • Contact and follow up with new inbound clients promptly.
  • Act as the link between clients, partners and the KYC/Compliance team.
  • Keep clients and partners informed about onboarding progress.
  • Handle routine payment and settlement queries, escalating where necessary.
  • Provide basic platform demonstrations and refresher sessions.
  • Re-engage approved or dormant clients who have not started trading.
  • Coordinate routine client reporting and operational requests.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM.
  • Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Trading, Compliance and Operations to ensure nothing falls through the gaps.

The role does not include

  • New business development or partner sourcing.
  • Negotiating pricing, rates or commercial terms.
  • Making compliance or KYC decisions.
  • Making trading decisions or executing trades.
  • Advising clients on structured FX products.

Experience and skills

  • Excellent client-service and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, responsive and comfortable managing multiple requests.
  • Confident working with clients, partners and internal teams.
  • Able to take ownership of issues and coordinate them through to resolution.
  • A basic understanding of FX products, payments, trading processes and KYC would be beneficial.
  • Previous CRM experience is helpful.

This is a junior-to-mid-level operational position and is not a commission-based sales role.
