Neko Health is seeking a Member Experience Training & Quality Coordinator to elevate the standard of our member experience across clinics and centralised teams. You will design and deliver training, run quality assurance audits, and translate findings into coaching and tangible improvements.
In this role you will coordinate scheduling, sessions, materials and join details, while traveling between sites as markets scale. You’ll contribute to rollout activities and sponsor the 10x care mindset.
