Job Description
Based in our Acquisition division and reporting to the Head of Acquisition, you will join a team dedicated to sustainable growth and innovative marketing. The Acquisition team is a high-energy group that focuses on bringing the joy of Gousto to more households across the UK through data-led strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
As our Senior SEO Manager, you will be the driving force behind our organic search strategy. You will have the opportunity to own the SEO vision end-to-end, managing external agency partners and collaborating with Digital Product and Tech teams to deliver high-impact results. This is a unique chance to manage the SEO budget for the DTI channel and play a pivotal role in shaping how Gousto connects with new customers.
Core Responsibilities
- Create and lead the long-term vision and strategy for SEO to drive sustainable growth in sign-ups
- Manage and influence relationships with external SEO agencies and technical partners
- Lead the execution of SEO strategies by collaborating with Digital Product, Tech, and PR teams
- Oversee the SEO performance and budget for the DTI channel
- Effectively collaborate with other Acquisition Senior Managers to drive collective impact on the function and utilisation of junior team members' resources
- Act as a key collaborator with Analytics and Digital Product squads to influence roadmaps
- Model Gousto’s ownership principles to foster a positive team culture
- Navigate industry trends to ensure Gousto remains at the forefront of SEO innovation

- Expert knowledge of SEO levers and a deep understanding of current industry trends, for example, GEO/AIO.
- Ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders, from technical teams to senior leadership
