TEMBO is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Event Marketing Managers to join the team. We’re particularly keen to hear from people with B2B exhibition and conference marketing experience or ideally a mix of both. We’re likely hiring multiple people across the team, so whether your background is large-scale consumer events, exhibitions, conferences, launches, festivals or media brands, we’d love to hear from you.

At TEMBO, you won’t be managing one small piece of a campaign. You’ll lead and deliver multi‑channel event marketing campaigns across exciting portfolios, working closely with organisers to drive audience growth, engagement and commercial performance. This is a hands‑on role that combines strategy, creativity, delivery and client management. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety, momentum and being trusted to own campaigns properly.

The role includes:

  • Leading event marketing campaigns from strategy through to delivery
  • Managing audience acquisition across visitor and delegate campaigns
  • Delivering email, social, website and digital marketing activity
  • Working directly with clients and stakeholders
  • Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members
  • Collaborating closely with digital and leadership teams
