Role overview:
Based primarily from either our Dublin or London office on a Hybrid basis, the role is to expand our partner network both within and without the financial service industry. Working as a team, the expectation is that you will understand the sales process from research and lead sourcing all the way through to onboarding and high-level relationship management. No prior FX knowledge is required for this role, in depth product training will be provided. We are open to a variety of sales backgrounds, given a demonstrable sales track record, and particularly keen to hear from persons with software sales experience.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities include but are not limited to:
- Research, lead-source and sense-check new network opportunities
- Work independently to successfully deliver a sales pipeline marked against a range of KPIs and OKRs
- Help to drive the product road map via existing network and prospect feedback
- Direct and coordinate par-excellence relationship management support to existing partners
Person Specification
Essential
- Minimum of 3+ years of business development experience.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in business development / new business development.
- Structured, repeatable and reliable sales methodology to plan and develop sales to our target customers.
- Outstanding relationship-building skills based on trust and reliability.
- Solid negotiation skills.
- Energetic and collaborative team player can maintain personal and team targets in the appropriate register.
- Self-starter who works effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple deliverables.
- Superior communication skills β able to deploy client language in order to build trust and influence decision makers.
- Become a product expert β training provided but initiative will also be required β in order to correctly pitch the value of our offering to the right partners.
- Presentation skills for live demos, meetings with clients/partners or internal training.
