More Than a Job: A Mission

The Supply Chain Operations Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of Project Supply Chain Leads delivering materials and parts to support the maintenance and operation of rail vehicles across multiple projects. The role ensures consistent delivery against standard supply chain KPIs, high levels of material availability, and optimised inventory, while embedding robust processes, tools, and standards across the portfolio. Operating within a complex, regulated, asset‑intensive environment, the role requires strong operational leadership, structured problem solving, and experience working at scale across multiple projects or sites, typical of transportation, rail, aerospace, or engineering services organisations.
