Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
- Experience in production or operations management, preferably in rail or heavy industry
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and ERP systems
- Strong understanding of safety standards, quality assurance, and supply chain principles
- Flexible, adaptable, and resilient with change leadership in a fast-paced rail environment
- Leadership experience coaching and engaging multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across engineering, maintenance, supply chain, quality, and senior management
