Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
  • Experience in production or operations management, preferably in rail or heavy industry
  • Proficiency in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and ERP systems
  • Strong understanding of safety standards, quality assurance, and supply chain principles
  • Flexible, adaptable, and resilient with change leadership in a fast-paced rail environment
  • Leadership experience coaching and engaging multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across engineering, maintenance, supply chain, quality, and senior management
