Your future role
As the Electrical and Mechanical Design Leader, you will manage the mechanical cubicle and electrical harness installation definition, resources and activities on the project you are responsible for. You will be responsible for the mechanical and electrical design deliveries for each baseline of the project you are contributing to.
We’ll look to you for:
- Delivery of the right product at the right moment to the project
- Mechanical Design workload of your project
- Harness Design workload on your project/tender
- Applying of the Metier rules and processes
- Delivery of 3D Mock-up of Electrical cubicle and harness 3D model design
- Managing the QCD of your project
- Apply Lean Design
- Checking 3D interfaces of cubicle with external interfaces and environment
- Managing the workload of your project, and effective utilisation of electro-mechanical designers
- Sub-contracting management (definition, monitoring, acceptance)
- Build and develop design technical competency in the Team

- Very strong mechanical 3D CAD experience

- Electrical cubicle design, Electrical component packaging and Integration with Hands-on approach
- Experience in activity and team management is required
