What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in rail systems engineering or embedded systems, with proven project management skills.
- Proficiency in TCMS design, embedded software development, communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet), and system integration.
- Strong understanding of safety-critical systems, rail industry standards, and lifecycle management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on team development and stakeholder engagement.
