This role is based at our Ilford site.
Our Rail Engineering/Fitter Apprenticeship gives you the opportunity to gain solid practical experience across a range of disciplines. Throughout the three year apprenticeship, you will be working towards completing a Level 3 Engineering Fitter qualification. You will combine the academic college studies with real life work based experience across our organisation. You will have the opportunity to build and gather evidence of your competence whilst working towards a formal qualification.

This apprenticeship programme is the start of your progression into technical expert roles. We are looking for innovative and ambitious talent to become our future leaders and senior managers- upon completion of the apprenticeship programme, there will be the opportunity to step up into these roles., As part of the application process, you will need to answer a series of mandatory questions; please allocate a few minutes in going through them and answering, as they are the first shift out step. If you have successfully completed your application, a follow up e-mail will come through in a few days, explaining in detail the next steps of the selection process (online test, online interview, Assessment Centre), together with approximate timelines for each.
