- Define and validate operational and functional analyses for Propulsion systems.
- Guarantee consistency and compatibility of subsystem specifications impacting Propulsion scope, particularly Current Collect, Transformer, Converters and Traction Batteries interfaces.
- Act as the technical interface for Propulsion system topics, supporting the Project Manager and Project Warranty Manager during revenue service.
- Make architecture trade-offs between subsystems to achieve optimal train-level performance, considering energy management and HV power.
- Resolve technical issues related to propulsion scope, including battery and charger systems, from investigation through to implementation and closure.
- Define and execute verification strategies for auxiliary system requirements in collaboration with engineering and validation teams, ensuring robust testing of Propulsion functions.
- Support train integration and tuning phases, including test specification for Propulsion system functions.
- Ensure adherence to baselines, KPIs, and on-time delivery of Propulsion deliverables, including related subsystems.
- Provide Return on Experience (RoE) to improve standard solutions and enhance quality, cost, and delivery performance for Propulsion systems.
