Your future role
As a member of the project engineering team, you will be responsible for all electrical engineering deliverables and will work closely with the associated multi‑disciplinary teams, including Schematics & Apparatus and Mechanical Routing.
We’ll look to you for:
- Responsible for carry-over analysis (electrical products), reviewing what can be re-used from previous projects
- Responsible for Technology choices
- Responsible for Architecture definition: Electrical Architecture, whole system overview, system integration
- Contributor on definition of scope of supply between Train and Sub-Systems
- Responsible for Electrical Engineering deliverables throughout the design lifecycle
- Interface between Project and Centre of Excellence Electrical on Electrical Engineering issues
- Management of Electrical Engineering Change Requests
- Operational management of Train Electrical Team allocated on the project
- Assess and ensure interfaces with Train System, Train Design, Train Control, RAMS, EMC and Industrialisation are optimal
- Managing internal and external activities (workload, planning, work package reviews, risks…)
- Ensure follow-up actions with Project Engineering Manager
- Supporting continuous improvement of the domain with the Metier

- Railways Electrical engineering knowledge desirable
