Your future role:

Take on a new challenge and apply your project and contract management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside agile and collaborative teammates. You'll play a key role in driving the success of customer projects by managing customer interfaces, optimising revenue streams, and supporting product launches. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Commercial, Bids, and Cross-Disciplinary Functions), analyse contract P&L, and identify and mitigate risks and opportunities, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Management of customer projects and the customer interface (internal and external).
  • Organic growth of opportunities on existing contracts (volume, product or VO) to maximise profitability.
  • Bid support to the Commercial and Bids Teams.
  • Management and analysis of contract P&L.
  • Optimisation of revenue streams with Customers.
  • Support for product launches.
  • Definition of the customer demand profile and schedules.
  • Conflict resolution with respect to customer priorities.
  • Cash flow management (debt).
  • Risk and Opportunities Identification and mitigation.
  • Project reporting and representation at Customer.

  • Degree in Engineering / Project Management discipline or relevant industry experience.
