As a senior professional, you will lead teams that ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of our rolling stock, working alongside dedicated experts who share a commitment to sustainable mobility and engineering precision. Your Role, Your Impact Oversee depot operations to ensure scalability and efficiency across maintenance and service delivery. Foster collaboration between engineering, planning, and supply chain teams to optimise workflow and resource allocation. Implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies to enhance asset performance and minimise downtime. Drive innovation through digital maintenance tools and predictive analytics to improve operational outcomes. Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across teams to strengthen technical capability and safety culture. You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology. What You Bring Proficiency in depot management systems. Experience in Rail, Manufacturing or Maintenance delivery and safety. HR-focused approach, demonstrating strong leadership and workforce engagement skills Strong understanding of lean methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks. Experience in implementing safety management systems aligned with ISO 45001. Ability to interpret and act on performance data using KPIs and dashboards.
