The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer Solicitor, CILEX, CLC or experienced non-qualified Conveyancing Executive within the Property Department based at our busy Leamington Office.

If you apply direct and successfully pass your probation period, you will receive a one-off bonus of £500 (gross pay).

  • Undertake residential conveyancing work on behalf of clients of the Firm
  • Dealing with clients, intermediaries and HM Land Registry etc. both in person and over the telephone
  • File management to the standards defined by the Firm
  • Ensure budgets are managed and met
  • Pro-active business development of self and Firm
  • Undertake any reasonable instructions given by management within the limits of this employment description
  • Undertake continuing competency training to include compulsory CQS training
  • Supporting and reporting to the Head of Conveyancing

Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or CLC or experienced non-qualified Conveyancing Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ residential conveyancing experience in running a caseload of sales and purchases.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good organisation and administration skills
  • Ability to be a team player
  • A sound knowledge of conveyancing procedures, CQS Protocol and Anti-Money Laundering legislation
  • Experience of Lexcel standard is desirable
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Case Management Systems; experience of using Tikit is desirable

You may be required to work at the other offices of the Firm from time to time as required by the management.
