What You’ll Do
Alsta has a passionate and engaged customer base, and this role will be crucial to the ongoing growth and development of this.
As our Ecommerce & CRM Coordinator, you’ll support digital growth and help shape the customer experience from inbox to unboxing.
We are adopting a strategy of deeper engagement with our customer base and seeking out opportunities to grow our customers base as opposed to allocating large budgets to social media advertising.
Responsibilities
- Email & CRM: Managing editorial content calendars for email, CRM, social and web.
- Coordinating CRM campaigns (newsletters, flows, segmentation).
- Monitoring email performance + refining automations.
- Reviewing and enhancing the online customer journey.
- Customer Journey: Manage and optimise the Alsta Shopify ecommerce platform, ensuring seamless user experience, product page excellence, and conversion optimisation.
- Identify and fix issues or inconsistencies in the customer journey.
- Deal with customer enquiries.
- Establish best practices in customer service and experience.
- Participate in optimisation of the unboxing experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years in digital marketing, ecommerce, or business development, preferably in luxury goods, watches, jewelry, beauty or fashion.
- Demonstrable expertise with Shopify and its ecosystem (apps, analytics, integrations).
- Proven track record of planning and producing high-quality social media content and managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience building and managing brand partnerships or collaborations in the luxury sector.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; comfortable with Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and social media insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling brand stories and campaign narratives.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design consistency.
- Self-starter, highly organised, and able to manage multiple projects.
Preferred
- Knowledge of the luxury, watch, or premium lifestyle sectors.
- Understanding of SEO and email marketing best practices.
- Passion for heritage or craftsmanship-driven brands.
