Grade: Grade 5 SCP 8-14

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 30 hours per week, working hours between 8am and 4pm (to be discussed). Working 4/5 days per week, (Wednesday and Friday afternoon working is required). Term time only plus 5 weeks per year.

Accountable to: The Headteacher

Responsible for: All administrative staff and day-to-day line management of the Facilities Officer.

Purpose

The School Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administration of the school office, including line managing administrative staff. They are also responsible for all administrative, financial and organisational processes within the school, maintaining confidentiality at all times. They assist with all the planning and development of support services.

The Trust is committed to the safeguarding of young people and candidates will be expected to adhere to these expectations. Appointment is subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks and enhanced DBS clearance.
