In this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of our laboratory operations, working with cutting-edge techniques to analyse food and environmental samples. From preparing and plating samples to pouring and incubating using aseptic methods, your work will support vital testing processes and help maintain high-quality standards.

About the role:

  • To perform analysis allocated in accordance with documented methodology
  • Follow all processes and procedures to maximise role efficiency
  • Conduct daily quality control checks and calibrations of equipment
  • Ensure your workstation is always clean and tidy
  • To conform with all site Quality Management systems and Health and safety procedures and protocols
  • To keep accurate records
  • Experience in a high throughput working environment
  • Good IT skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Be able to work under pressure
