We are seeking a highly organised and professional Project Coordinator to join our Field Services Team. This is a pivotal role acting as the single point of contact between our Environmental Field Services team and key clients. You will ensure sampling and associated analytical activity is delivered seamlessly, in line with contractual requirements, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance and customer service.

Days Per Week: Monday to Friday
Contract: Full Time & Permanent
Annual Salary: £27,694 per annum

The Day to Day
- Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing queries and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Designing, managing and monitoring monthly and annual sampling plans, ensuring delivery against schedule and identifying risks or improvements.
- Allocating workload and matching sampling resources and skill sets to meet operational targets in full.
- Rescheduling missed sampling events and issuing notifications for uncollected or out-of-stability samples.
- Maintaining accurate site information packs, risk assessments and procedural documentation in line with UKAS requirements.
- Producing, analysing and distributing monthly KPI data, and generating accurate end-of-month invoices.
- Supporting inductions, providing cross-cover for Project Managers and the Project Manager Assistant, and assisting with sampler and vertical audits.
- Working closely with the Field Services Manager and wider team to ensure a consistent, joined-up departmental approach.
