We’re looking for a Salesforce Delivery Manager with a strong track record of leading teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions. You’ll be a seasoned delivery team leader who brings not only technical insight, but also the leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills needed to drive projects forward and inspire those around you.
In this role, you’ll act as the vital link between our customers and our delivery teams, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard, aligned to requirements, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Salesforce delivery projects across multiple clouds.
- Oversee planning, execution, budgets, and timelines.
- Guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate and liaise with customers to identify risks, ensure operational efficiency and drive successful delivery.
- Support and mentor team members.
Experience
- 5+ years in software delivery including 2+ years in delivery management.
- Strong Salesforce platform knowledge across clouds, certifications desirable.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders.
- Skilled in project management and commercial planning.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
