As part of continued growth, we are looking for experienced Salesforce Consultants to join our growing international team, with a proven track record of delivering across a broad range of Salesforce products. As part of our Summit level Salesforce team, you will deliver best in class Salesforce solutions by supporting the design and delivery of a diverse range of Sales, Service and Specialist Cloud implementations, across a range of customers and sectors.

What do we need from you?
As an Alscient Salesforce Consultant we expect you to hit the ground running, you will be a self‑motivated, excellent communicator, with technical experience supported by certification across the sales, service, and specialist clouds, with previous Salesforce developer experience being a distinct advantage. You will have strong stakeholder management skills and be confident working on a variety of Salesforce projects and solutions, providing technical expertise, team guidance and mentorship. We want our Salesforce Consultants to be ‘hands‑on’ and able to make an immediate impact providing solution input when required, comfortable following design documents and able to support on a variety of customer engagements.
You will have:
- At least 4+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience.
- Proven technical platform experience supported by Salesforce certifications in Sales Cloud, ServiceCloud, App builder, specialist certifications an advantage.
- Experience of technical document authoring skills, with real attention to detail.
- Knowledge and understanding of Flows, Process Builder, and general automation.
- Experience of end‑to‑end involvement in Salesforce project delivery.
- Strong communication and consulting skills.
- Capacity to understand, translate and contribute to the technical solution.
- Effective organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience and knowledge of AWS as well as Jira and Confluence tools would be advantageous.
