The Role

To support our ongoing growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a proven track record in delivering cutting-edge solutions

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality delivery of complex technical solutions for our customers. Working closely with cross-functional teams ensuring successful project outcomes through effective planning, risk management, and a commitment to delivery excellence.

This role is the critical link between our customers and our delivery teams, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard, within specification, on time and within budget.

What do we need from you?

As an Alscient Delivery Manager we expect you to be able to hit the ground running, you will have initiative, be self-motivated and keen to make a difference for your customers and internal teams.

You will be passionate about your work, technically adept, open with those you work with, and keen to do your best to support your colleagues and teams.

Your diverse delivery experience across a broad range of project types and technologies will ensure you are equipped to shape the success of transformative projects across a wide range of sectors, working alongside Alscient’s talented consultants, architects and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Management – Lead deliveries on all types of projects for a range of customers.
  • Delivery Oversight – Work closely with architects, developers, and stakeholders to mitigate risks and manage scope.
  • Delivery Process – Maintain a clear focus on project scope, quality, time and cost, identifying and managing risks early.
  • Stakeholder Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Collaboration – Foster a collaborative culture that promotes delivery excellence, innovation and trust.
  • Commercial Support – Support pre-sales and proposal development, providing delivery insight and planning.

You will have:

  • Proven delivery management experience – Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Delivery Manager, managing and delivering multiple concurrent technical projects in consultancy or enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrable delivery experience – Strong understanding and hands-on experience of a range of delivery methodologies.
  • Proven technical management experience – Evidence of managing technical delivery teams to meet defined outcomes under time and cost constraints.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills – A confident communicator with experience of managing senior customer stakeholders, alongside a practical and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent coaching skills – Able to embed a culture of ownership, accountability, and shared success.
  • Project Management – Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferable Experience – Working with or delivering Salesforce, AWS or other major cloud platform projects is desirable.
