The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Inspections Coordinator to join our Life Sciences inspection team on an 18-month fixed term contract. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional, bespoke inspection services for a wide variety of commodities across multiple worldwide locations.
You will play a key role in project coordination, client service, and risk management while working closely with both commercial and assay departments.

The day to day

Provide day-to-day project management within the department, liaising closely with commercial and assay teams.

End-to-end coordination of each appointment, including supervision, inspection protocol definition, and cradle-to-grave responsibility for client requests.

Assess ALS (UK) Ltd. and client exposure to minimise or eliminate operational risk.

Coordinate inspection activities, including weighing, sampling, and shipment logistics.
