The Role The Digital Solutions Coordinator plays a key role in driving client adoption of ALS’s digital platforms by leading onboarding, training, and support efforts. Working closely with commercial, client services, and IT teams, this role ensures a smooth transition for clients to online scheduling tools, while tracking digital engagement targets. The position also supports business development through bid contributions and platform demonstrations, helping to enhance the overall client experience and achieve strategic digital objectives. Hours Per Week: 37 Days Per Week: Monday to Friday Contract: Full Time & Permanent Annual Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum The day to day Lead the onboarding of new and existing clients to ALS digital platforms (Solutions and myALS), ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with business targets. Deliver virtual and in-person demonstrations and training sessions to showcase platform functionality and support client adoption. Track and report onboarding KPIs to help achieve digital scheduling, bottle ordering, and reporting objectives across the business. Provide technical support for onboarding, including troubleshooting, data imports, and integration with third-party systems, in collaboration with IT teams. Support bid processes by supplying user guides, technical documentation, and delivering platform demonstrations to prospective clients. Drive digital adoption targets by converting a defined percentage of client jobs to digital scheduling platforms across water and land business streams.
