About The Position

Hours Per Week: 37

Days Per Week: Monday to Thursday (09:00 – 17:00) and Friday (09:00 - 16:30)

Basis: Permanent and Full Time

Annual Salary: £24,596 rising to £25,096 upon successful completion of probation period.

Role to offer hybrid working after successful training and probation periods.

The Day to Day

  • Maintaining and monitoring the subcontract application.
  • Management of subcontract process to include results, commentary and data entry, scheduling, progress chasing, receipting, and updating using appropriate software.
  • Creation of subcontracting determinants for use by commercial and utility clients.
  • Review of subcontracting invoices, negotiation of rates.
  • Generation of subcontract performance statistics.
  • Intercompany trading and subcontracting to manage a solution to various client projects.
  • Keeping audit trails in relation to customer testing requirements and communication records.
  • Providing technical assistance and support for internal and external customers.
  • Flexible approach to work supporting and backfilling other team members when appropriate.
  • Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task and respond to a dynamic working environment.
  • Support the Sales Support team with key tasks and duties as required.
