About the role We’re looking for a motivated and highly organised Training Advisor to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you’ll support learners throughout their Project Management apprenticeship — from recruitment and onboarding through to successful completion. You’ll deliver high-quality teaching and assessment, guide learners through every stage of their qualification, and work closely with employers to ensure a positive, professional learning experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and seeing others succeed. Key responsibilities As a Training Advisor, you will: * Support learners across all aspects of their apprenticeship framework, including essential skills and Project Management qualifications. * Recruit, retain, and manage a caseload of learners, ensuring timely achievement. * Develop engaging learning resources and materials to enhance learner experience. * Maintain accurate learner records and complete all administrative tasks to required standards. * Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, employers, and colleagues. * Ensure compliance with health & safety, equality & diversity, and safeguarding policies. * Represent ALS professionally and promote our full range of services.
