At ALS, we are looking for a Lead IQA Professional Services to support and quality assure our CIPD, Project Management and Management provision. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Internal Quality Assurer to play a key role in maintaining high standards, supporting delivery teams, and driving consistency and quality across the Professional Services route.
You will lead Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) activity across Professional Services programmes, ensuring provision meets awarding organisation, Welsh Government, Estyn and ALS requirements. Working closely with delivery teams, you will support standardisation, quality improvement and learner achievement while promoting a positive and collaborative culture.
This role requires someone who can build strong professional relationships with colleagues, learners and employers, while demonstrating ALS Behaviour Framework through respect, openness, innovation, empowerment and clarity.
The successful candidate will be required to attend regular meetings, training sessions and company events at our Head Office in Cardiff. Therefore, applicants should be based within the South Wales area or within reasonable travelling distance.
What you'll do
- Carry out IQA activities in line with awarding organisation and internal requirements
- Support and guide delivery teams across CIPD, Project Management and Management provision
- Lead standardisation activities, quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor learner progress, achievement and quality of delivery
- Support compliance with internal quality systems, policies and procedures
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support learner recruitment and promote ALS services professionally
- Ensure all administrative, compliance and audit requirements are completed accurately and on time.
