We are looking for a motivated and highly organised Training Advisor to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will support learners throughout their Project Management apprenticeship from recruitment and onboarding through to successful completion. You will deliver high-quality teaching and assessment, guide learners through every stage of their qualification, and work closely with employers to ensure a positive, professional learning experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and seeing others succeed.
Key Responsibilities- Support learners across all aspects of their apprenticeship framework, including essential skills and Project Management qualifications.
- Recruit, retain, and manage a caseload of learners, ensuring timely achievement.
- Develop engaging learning resources and materials to enhance learner experience.
- Maintain accurate learner records and complete all administrative tasks to required standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, employers, and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, equality & diversity, and safeguarding policies.
- Represent ALS professionally and promote our full range of services.
