This is a varied Customer Service Advisor role where you’ll be helping customers with their travel insurance enquiries, making updates to policies, handling general admin tasks, and providing a great overall service.
If you enjoy speaking with people, being helpful, and working in a calm, welcoming environment, you’ll fit in well here.
Whether you’re stepping into an office role for the first time or building on existing admin or customer service experience, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
And don’t panic, you don’t have to have insurance experience already.
Full training is provided, and the company is known for investing in their staff and helping them develop. This role is available due to internal progression—showing there’s a real opportunity for you to grow to.
All you need is a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and confidence when speaking to customers.
