You’ve built up a solid few years’ experience across the Full Stack, but where to next? Being that Graduate Developer feels like it’s becoming a distant memory now. You’ve gained hands-on commercial experience, worked across multiple projects and technologies, and you’re ready for that next step where you can really deepen your expertise. But that doesn’t mean you’ve stopped wanting to learn. There’s still so much more you want exposure to. More progression to be had. More responsibility to take on. You want to ask questions, challenge yourself, and continue developing both technically and professionally. And you can absolutely do that here.
This business operates within the FinTech/InsurTech industry. An industry that’s constantly evolving, innovating and pushing technology forward. So much so, there are two new positions available due to growth and internal promotions, which says a lot about the opportunities available here long-term. They genuinely invest in developing their people whilst also making sure work/life balance remains a priority. Hybrid, office-based or fully onsite. The choice is yours.
There are exciting growth plans across the IT team over the coming years, but initially you’ll be getting stuck into a variety of live projects, working within an Agile environment alongside experienced Developers. And let’s be honest, you enjoy the buzz that comes with a fast-paced environment. Being part of a smaller business means things can get busy at times, but it also means greater exposure, more influence, and the opportunity to work across the full development lifecycle rather than being pigeonholed into one area.
You’ll be building systems, B2B & B2C websites, front-end, back-end and everything in between across the insurance industry. They’re currently using Angular, SQL and C#.NET, so experience across these technologies would be ideal. Any additional experience with APIs, Azure or modern development practices would definitely be beneficial too.
