You will own the DCA lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing oversight and performance monitoring, coordinating audits, reviewing findings and ensuring actions are followed through.
You will work across ~30 DCAs covering Property, Casualty, A&H and specialist business, collaborating with Claims, Underwriting, Compliance and Operations to drive data-driven decisions.
