This Lloyd’s Broker is in a genuine growth phase following new investment, which means compliance isn’t standing still. New ideas are welcomed, change is happening, and there’s real opportunity to get involved in work that goes far beyond the usual day-to-day. There will still be core compliance responsibilities but they won’t define your day. You will be getting involved in and have ownership of specific projects and/or topics: e.g. SMCR; data governance; compliance oversight of specific overseas offices and/or new divisions etc.
