Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and win new business across air, sea, and road freight services

Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers across multiple sectors

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to onboarding

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, end-to-end logistics solutions

Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs

Maintain accurate activity and pipeline reports via the company CRM
Requirements:

Proven track record in freight forwarding sales (multimodal experience preferred)

Established network and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders

Results-driven with a consistent history of meeting sales targets

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
